We met Steve through our Real Estate agent. From the day we spoke until our close Steve was right there. My calls were answered or returned right away. We had a buyer with specific needs that made the process a bit choppy. That included the buyer wanting to change the close date. Steve handled al...l the issues including a delay in the closing funds being wired to our bank. Steve was successful in everything we asked him to achieve. He was also very personable whenever we spoke. I've had lawyers that were extremely difficult to reach or talk to...Steve is NOT one of them. I have nothing but praise for the way he handled our closing.

Steve was ok while we were buying our home but the day we closed, he started dodging my calls. We needed him to do 2 simple tasks that included sending us the receipts he was supposed to obtain from the seller prior to releasing escrow but he has yet to do that and we closed months ago. He released... escrow to the seller and has never sent me the receipts and now is constantly away or can't return a phone call. Honestly, I could probably just get the receipts from the seller's realtor but this is Steve's job and not that difficult. He did the same thing on a minor task that took so long that I eventually went directly to the source instead.
