Kelly Ann Vecchio

I am not the one using Kelly's service my son is 3 years after his divorce in a custody case. We went to see her 3 years ago and she told us he did not need her services. Gave us an outline for a parenting plan and said if things did not go well to get a hold of her. Three years later we need her ser...vice and she is helping every step of the way (and not charging much). She has been a blessing so far. I hired Kelly Vecchio and paid her a retainer. She decided to quit on me almost immediately after hiring her. I complained to the bar association and she kept a part of my 3K retainer. Vecchio's legal assistant is also in addition to Vecchio's high legal fees. She did not inform me of this till after... I hired her. I stay away from this attorney. I did not get my moneys worth. Beware!

Kelly is very knowledgeable of the law and the court system, and she provided me with a plan of action for my divorce, which was strategically carried out in a professional and successful manner. I have read t...he other reviews about Kelly on this website, and it truly bothers me. There is a common theme with the "poor" reviews - they are all non-paying clients. Perhaps, if these people actually paid for the services provided, they may have had a different result. It's too bad that people believe they are "entitled" to representation. Kelly provides a service in a difficult area of law, and it should be expected by clients that divorces will cost money. I always found Kelly's bills and charges for time reasonable and more than fair. On a personal level, she is easy to speak with; on a business level, she is a strong presence in Court for her clients. I was more than happy with my experience with Kelly and I highly recommend her services to anyone who may find themselves in a divorce, custody, or similar situation.

Kelly Vecchio has been an incredible help and has done an amazing job for me in the last few months, during a complicated divorce case. She continues to follow through as she says, is VERY competent and knowlegable in her profession, and will tell you the facts. Many attorneys will push matters to ma...ke money and just tell you what you want to hear, and in the end you have spent a large amount of money for the same result. Kelly does NOT do that, she will be very honest and up front with your case. She comes highly recommended and is very professional. The office has always been courteous and efficient with emails and correspondence. Highly recommend Kelly Vecchio!!!!
