I am not the one using Kelly's service my son is 3 years after his divorce in a custody case. We went to see her 3 years ago and she told us he did not need her services. Gave us an outline for a parenting plan and said if things did not go well to get a hold of her. Three years later we need her ser...vice and she is helping every step of the way (and not charging much). She has been a blessing so far. I cant say anything but good things about Kelly. I hired her for a costudy casw involving my 4 year old son. She was passionate, caring, and made sure her voice was heard. She was planning on going into a war if need be for me. Dont believe all these bad reviews on here. They arent real clients becau...se if they were they would have nothing but great things to say about her. She is outstanding! She always got back to me. Always made sure all my questions were answered even if they were silly. Kelly also kept me informed on everything she was doing. There is no one better you could get in Winnebago County!

I hired Kelly to represent me in a custody case because I had heard many good things about her from people. She proved to be an excellent choice and I was very pleased with the results of my case. I write this review for two purposes: 1) to send a message to others about a great attorney, and 2) to... combat the negative reviews of her. There is no doubt Kelly is a very busy person and not always readily available at the time of your call; however, there is a REASON she is unavailable - she has many clients for whom she is working extremely hard. I learned to understand that my case is not her only case and I needed to be patient. She will respond. She is trustworthy. She executes her plans for your case, effectively and efficiently. Her fees are more than reasonable. She is well-respected in the area and by her clients, the judges, and other attorneys. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE OTHER REVIEWS! I proudly attach my name to this review, whereas the negative reviewers do not. Makes you wonder whether they are actually clients! I think it's fair to assume that the negative reviews are from non-paying clients and/or the opposing party to Kelly's clients! You will make a mistake if you do not hire Kelly in your case, trust me.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelly in a very difficult divorce and time in my life. Kelly is very knowledgeable of the law and the court system, and she provided me with a plan of action for my divorce, which was strategically carried out in a professional and successful manner. I have read t...he other reviews about Kelly on this website, and it truly bothers me. There is a common theme with the "poor" reviews - they are all non-paying clients. Perhaps, if these people actually paid for the services provided, they may have had a different result. It's too bad that people believe they are "entitled" to representation. Kelly provides a service in a difficult area of law, and it should be expected by clients that divorces will cost money. I always found Kelly's bills and charges for time reasonable and more than fair. On a personal level, she is easy to speak with; on a business level, she is a strong presence in Court for her clients. I was more than happy with my experience with Kelly and I highly recommend her services to anyone who may find themselves in a divorce, custody, or similar situation.

I am not one to take to the internet and write reviews, but I feel like I have to say something after reading the ridiculous, poor reviews about her. I have had Kelly as an attorney for many, many years and I have been extremely happy with the work she has done for me. She is aggressive in Court, a...s needed, and she truly cares about her clients and their families. Cases involving our children or ex-partners can be very difficult to deal with, and Kelly guides you through the process, step by step. She listens to you and understands the circumstances. She will provide a plan of action for you, and give you all of the options available. I will never use another attorney and I strongly encourage anyone viewing this site to be careful with online reviews, especially the "anonymous" posts. The best referrals you will get are from Kelly's actual clients!
