Elder took on my case for agg battery I was in the county for up to 2yrs with a normal public def with more then 25 continued court date Amy hopes were getting low on coming home I was recommended to try drug court as a option and asked my pd about it SHES instantly told me no ! That’s not a option b...ecause my case was violent ! .
