Elder Granger II

Elder took on my case for agg battery I was in the county for up to 2yrs with a normal public def with more then 25 continued court date Amy hopes were getting low on coming home I was recommended to try drug court as a option and asked my pd about it SHES instantly told me no ! That’s not a option b...ecause my case was violent ! . I fired her and heard how good granger was with his client and will go above and beyond to fight for you so I did just that I called granger up and he instantly knew about my case before he even came and seen me and assured me I will be out within the next few months sure enough he cane to all my court dates and fought for me and about 3mts I was free ! Granger saved my life ! I highly highly recommend him he’s phenomenal!!!!!!

Today has seriously been one of the best days of my life. After having poor representation since my arrest for domestic battery, I hired Elder on the 15th giving him a week to handle my case. He comes off as cool and cocky yet humble. Definitely qualities you want in a lawyer. Everytime I'd go to cou...rt, I would pay attention to the way he worked. How he was in and out of the courtroom talking to his clients as well as the states attorneys as well as how serious he'd take his job. I always wanted to know his name as I wanted his representation. Luckily, after speaking with a friend about my PD's poor performance his name was referred to me. Ater looking him up and recognizing him, I hired him. This afternoon he had me sign a paper releasing my PD and hiring him. He tricked me into believing I was set for trial but went in court and notified the judge he was taking over the case. As he was handing the paperwork to the judge the judge was hesitant and told him he didn't have to allow him to take my case over as it was set for trial twice already by my PD. He told the judge it wasnt going to trial because he was asking for a dismissal but that he was ready any way. The judge said are you sure he says yes I am. He was very confident in himself and after 9 months of dealing with this.. He won me a dismissal on his first appearance alongside me. He also notified me that he had a letter being sent to me for my expungement that I told him nothing of. I was told how awesome he is and referred him to a friend of mine who is also very pleased with him. I'm so happy that I cried after leaving the courthouse. Another thing I want to note is that he has been the only attorney (other was traffic) that sends out courtesy reminders for your upcoming court dates. Awesome man. Awesome character. Awesome representation. His time is valuable and he wastes none of it. He handles his business.

Elder not only treats you as a human being and not just a number but he is not just collecting a pay check. He takes pride in winning every case and will give you the attention you deserve unlike many other lawyers. I wish I had had Elder as my attorney from the beginning of my case. Maybe things wou...ld have gotten handled more efficiently and effectively.
