Heard from a friend he was a good lawyer for a worker comp case. First thing he did was reject a fairly good off of settlement from the company saying he could do better. over 10 years and constantly having to track him down either at the monthly call or in another court because he would not return ...calls. He would have me show up and then tell me it was postponed or the other lawyer wasn't there. but he was because I knew who he was! in 2006 I find the case has been closed because he failed to make an appearance to get it reinstated after it was erroneously closed by the commission. (they mixed up two cases) He says he will fix it and it wasn't until 2011 that he finally admitted that the case was lost I would get nothing. Found though another lawyer that what he had done was strung me along until the statute of limitations ran out for me to file a legal malpractice suit against him!

As if going through a divorce and child custody issues are not enough he drug out the case for almost five years. He doesn't answer phone calls, is never in the office, abrasive and rude if you ask questions and doesn't show up for court appointments. My case had almost 30 continuances and still ult...imately did not get resolved correctly. If you would like to save yourself frustration do not hire this man.

My son got a ticket and we were told he was a good lawyer for traffic tickets. So we were charged $375 for an hour of his time and all he did was go to court and get my son court supervision. What we were told was he could get the ticket reduced to traffic violation and he would be on court supervisi...on. Also he just kept continuing the traffic case that first appearance was in Feb and he was still continuing it in June until we asked him if he could possibly get the case done, which in turn he got an earlier court date and didn't do anything that he had told us as far as reducing the ticket or anything like that.

My mom filed for divorce from my father early this year. This was a simple divorce case as me and my siblings are older. He told us everything could be don't in as soon as 30 days. However, here we are, almost 9 months later, and still can't get papers from him. He is a complete scam and will only tr...y to drag it out so that more money goes into his pocket. As if someone going through a divorce after 25 years of marriage isn't enough. He's a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
