Moving from out of state and not knowing the regulatory differences between where I lived and was moving to, Pat helped navigate the entire real estate process and manage our expectations accordingly. His expertise in the real es...tate market gave us the edge while negotiating with the sellers. His communication was direct and transparent, and explained in plain english any legal processes that we had questions about. His rate was more than fair given the amout of stress and paperwork he handled on our behalf. Even if it wasn't required by the state, I would still recommend that someone hire him to handle the back end work of a real estate transaction.
