George Pecherek has been our family attorney for the past 30 years. As our family has grown and our needs have changed due to the acquisition of assets, he has provided invaluable guidance in updating our estate plan to meet our needs both now and in the future. He always presents all the options and... answers all our questions with patience. He is thorough, knowledgeable and demonstrates a genuine concern for the people he serves. We have been so pleased that we have referred several family members to the practice who all have been equally impressed. I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with issues that are particularly sensitive, and it is peace of mind knowing we have all the necessary documents needed to handle a potential crisis situation (death, disability, illness) should it occur.

This man could be the worst attorney in chicagoland. If you are doing anything more than settling credit card debt you will deeply regret your decision to employ him as an attorney. He will charge you at every breath, for every copy even a stamp. He is absolutely never prepared. He will ignore your i...nput, make reckless decisions on your behalf and could care less how poorly he is performing and how damaging the outcome WILL be. It is fair to say that hiring him is almost a guarantee to lose your case. When dealing with your family find a different lawyer- he only wants your money.

This is the worst attorney in the whole world! Never ever take this guy to represent you. He will only take your money without helping you a bit. He didn't even want to listen to what I have to say! He cannot even do simple math. He screwed everything up for me. Now I have another court date. Waste ...of money and more problems! Please do not take this guy. He is a nightmare.

I hired Mr. Pecherek as my divorce attorney in 2009. He was not dependable for showing up in court especially when the judge expected him to clarify his errors. He did not keep me informed and made numerous toxic errors to my divorce case. As a result I had to hire another attorney. Errors includ...ed but were not limited to: entering wrong names of banks, amounts of money and number for the Safe Deposit Box in the court papers. He froze the access to a Safe Deposit Box for one name while two were listed on the account and allowed my ex-spouse to empty it along with all other accounts before any inventory was scheduled. Mr. Pecherek misrepresented my interest and without any prior consultation with me, rejected an offer related to the house sale. As a result I lost my life savings and was left without a roof over my head. While knowing that I was a victim of a Domestic Battery, Mr. Pecherek did nothing to protect me. After being assaulted and battered by my husband during the course of divorce, I had to file the Order of protection on my own. I do not recommend hiring this attorney.
