Loreto Vito Lazzara

I was referred to this lawyer by Michael Holtzman. I gave Mr. Holzman $500 cash to give to Mr. Lazzara (which I have a receipt). Mr. Lazzara was supposed to accompany me to the State's Attorney office to file a complaint against a relative who has been forging my name for many years despite asking he...r to stop. When I was ready to go to the State's Attorney I called Mr. Lazzara he said he would call me back in 15mins he didn't. I called back and he told me he would call me in an hour, he didn't. I called again and again over the course of around 3 weeks. Every time I reached him he would tell me he would get back to me or that he was with a client. I believe it was around the 20th time I called him that I said I wanted a refund. He told me he would send me a check that weekend. It's been a week and no refund. This guy is dishonest. I would recommend you find somebody else. I am seriously considering filing a complaint with the Bar.
