George A. Dieguez

George Anthony Dieguez is a trial attorney at Mancini Law Group who passionately and aggressively represents victims of automotive and trucking negligence, nursing home abuse and neglect, wrongful death and other personal injury matters.

George earned his Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Loyola University Chicago and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law. As a first-generation United States citizen, college, and law school graduate, George was raised with a belief system that rewards hard work, diligence, and determination. Being fluent in Spanish, George utilizes his bilingual abilities to easily communicate with his Spanish speaking clients. George is a Type 1 diabetic and having been diagnosed at the tender age of 12 enables George to naturally empathize with and understand the impact and struggles victims of negligence face when suddenly presented with life-changing injuries, conditions, and moments of uncertainty or worry.

George is determined to achieve the most favorable outcomes for each of his clients and his relentless approach to advocating for justice makes George an attorney injured people and their families can depend on. George takes a personalized approach when communicating with his clients so that he can truly understand the impact of their injuries which allows George to fully convey the extent of a client’s injuries to opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, arbitrators, judges, and members of the jury.

Prior to joining the litigation team at Mancini Law Group in July of 2020, George tirelessly represented victims of negligence at another well-respected Chicago Personal Injury firm attaining favorable outcomes for his clients through pre-trial settlement negotiations, mediation and at trial. George has extensive experience in all aspects of pre-trial litigation including motion practice and the taking and defending of expert and fact witness depositions. Through litigation, George has recovered and has assisted in securing multi-millions of dollars for victims of negligence and their families including $1,250, recovery on the behalf on an 8-year-old girl who suffered from a brachial plexus injury during birth; $275, settlement for the family of a nursing home resident who sustained a hip fracture after falling under the care and supervision of nursing home staff; $95, settlement for a client injured in an automobile collision; $65, settlement for a client who suffered from a torn ligament after slipping and falling in a residential building.

George is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and is an active and proud member of various professional organizations including Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois. Additionally, George has assisted in the research and writing of numerous presentations on several litigation topics including voir dire and jury selection, case development, presenting non-economic damages, ethics and professionalism.

Outside of practicing law, George appreciates spending time with his family and his dog, enjoys playing golf, volleyball and basketball, and loves cheering on his favorite Chicago teams, the Cubs, Bulls and Bears.
