Yusra Gomaa

I chose Yusra because I was referred to her by a close friend, to manage my case of an unlawful and discriminatory lay-off after 20 years with my old company. She charged me $3000 for the letter that she wrote to my company, and did not allow me a free consultation, knowing that I wasn’t going to win... this case. In the end, they rejected all claims, and demanded a lawsuit, to which yusra did not provide any support after writing a letter she knew wasn’t going to go through. She is very familiar with this company and similar companies, and she should’ve told me the risk of this pursuit before she encouraged me to pay her for her services. I do not recommend, save your money and find someone honest who provides free consultation and will help you rather than just charge you.

Yusra reviewed my physician contract. She was very thorough and walked me step by step through the process. Besides the obvious things (compensation, non-compete, tail coverage), she noted many points and language used that I would not have paid attention to and made sure we address these during nego...tiations. While it seemed insignificant to me at the time, this ended up really saving when I later decided to terminate my employment with the group. Yusra is thoughtful, attentive, accessible, experienced, and gives you the time and attention you need, not just another assembly line contract review. Highly recommended.
