Calvita Frederick's ultimate performance on my case was materially deficient, and I terminated her for multiple reasons. In addition to letting my case go dormant for 5+ years, she failed to conduct the proper legal research supporting my petition. Her various filings were smitten with both legal an...d other deficiencies. She maintains my 2020 testimonial on her website which predates the dormancy state of my case and the majority of her legal and ethical failures. I have made numerous requests for the removal of this testimonial which she continues to ignore.

She was the worst lawyer I ever had.. she manipulated me to go to court regards of Kuczaty v. Willowbrook Ford Kia. I was subpoenaed to go to court and threatened if I didn’t I would go to jail. Over the phone August/September of 2022 directing to lie over sexual harassment policy while I worked the...re while pregnant saying to lie that it isn’t my signature causing the deposition to go wrong and caused physical distress to end the deposition. I reported to ARDC for trying to make me lie and go to a deposition I had no business in.. then she filed to sue me for defamation for 75k but I’m protected under rule so the case got dismissed but it caused a lot of destress and destruction of my life
