Vincent Petrosino

Vincent Petrosino is a principal in the law firm of Serpico, Petrosino, DiPiero & O'Shea Ltd. and has devoted his practice over the past 38 years to personal injury litigation. He is a recipient of the prestigious Jury Verdict Reporter - Trial Lawyer Excellence Award for his work in the representation of his clients. He has represented persons who were injured in all types of accidents, obtaining settlements and awards amounting to millions of dollars in compensation for his clients in all of the following areas: construction accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, product liability, train and rail accidents, trucking accidents, fire and explosion accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home liability, dog bites, and workplace accidents.
