Exceptional Advocate and Proven Litigator

Mary Katherine is an exceptional lawyer, being an experienced litigator and compassionate advisor. My divorce, as most, was emotionally distressful. I needed a strong advocate that was sensitive to my suffering because clearly I had lost perspective. I was not able to make sound decisions and I neede...d a trusted partner. The thing I most appreciated about Mary is that she is a tough negotiator and relentless advocate, yet at the same time understands how difficult divorce is and was able to provide compassion when needed. I had a very difficult divorce and she was able to draw on past experiences and provide sound advice. In my situation, my ex and his lawyer were trying to muscle me into a situation that wasn't equitable, Mary was able to provide the backbone to reset the playing field. She was up to the complex task of unraveling the financial, emotional and family issues. She kept my interest, and that of my children, at the forefront. It was that incredible combination of being able to advocate to protect and win, yet be a supporter to me. I find this a rare combination and for that reason I would highly recommend her to guide you through this difficult time.
