My practice focuses on employment discrimination at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Human Rights Commission, and in the federal Northern District of Illinois trial court. I am especially looking to represent state and federal employees seeking discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, creed, color, sexual orientation, age, disability, and Family Medical Leave Act violations.

I hired Jason Han earlier this year for a discrimination case that I am currently apart of. Mr. Han, on a regular bases used very unprofessional names to me while he was my attorney. Mr. Han decided to abandoned my case with the City of Human Relations Department due to me informing him that his b...ehavior toward me was very unprofessional. After I had a conversation, with Mr. Han about his behavior than Mr. Han abandoned my case and I never heard from Mr. Han again. Mr. Han had me to believe that he had worked on an reply but I discovered that this was not true. I am writing this review to possibly save someone else form going through what I went though with this attorney. Please if you do decided to hired this attorney despite my review please sit down with this attorney and ask him questions on how he communicates with his clients and how many cases has he actually won. Thank you
