In Dec. 2019, Attorney was an hour late, therefore Judge settled child support case without a lawyer. Still gave Attorney the payment the amount requested by at least coming to court. Attorney said will meet in Jan.2020, upon calling no date set never did. When pandemic arrised, sent half payment to ...Attorney in April 2020, other half will be given in court, to lower child support due to job loss. Attorney strung/pretend she working on case, string along for 7 months. She said she has a court date for September 2020, but when time come nothing has been noted on the case. Attorney says to call her back, many many times she doesn't answer or return phone calls, or you will never hear from her. When Attorney confronted on phone, she said she was sorry. She did it again afterwards. The client still knows nothing. She had sent an avidavit in Dec. 2019 once, say it's been 3 months do it again, says she has been working on the case but client still know nothing. I checked reviews which im going through the same thing. She seemed to have developed a pattern on scamming people out of money for many years.

Brenda does not return phone calls, she doesn't forward pertinent email for upcoming court appearances, and does not initiate a call or find time to answer mine in order to advise what may take place in court the following day and what I need to bring. She will sometimes agree to speak at a certain t...ime; when I call at that time , she is to busy to talk She puts me off until we don't talk. If we do,she is always in a hurry and rushes me off the phone. A total waste of time with this case and money paid to her,

Brenda Ball is unresponsive to phone calls, text messages and emails. She served as my attorney for more than a year and NEVER submitted any Proof of Service. In fact, when I have reviewed my case with the Circiut Court of Cook County, the pages show that she had filed only two motions: to come for...ward as my attorney and to withdraw. I filed a lengthy case with the ARDC and her response was full of unfounded lies and allegations as to how I was a difficult client. She neglected to submit documents of mine to opposing counsel and they filed a petition to find me in contempt of court. She claimed I never provided her with said documents when in fact I believe she lost them. I have asked her to return my file for months, and she has yet to do so. The ARDC is going to get a response to her response, and I hope they investigate my complaint and her unnegligent behavior. She will claim to give you a "deal," but you will pay dearly for her bargain-basement service in court and later on.
