Figiel Law offices are exclusively dedicated to the practice of family law, which includes: pre and post decree divorce proceedings; matters concerning establishing, modifying and enforcing child support and maintenance obligations; establishing, modifying and enforcing parenting time; obtaining and defending orders of protection; and drafting and negotiating terms for premarital agreements. Nicholas Figiel is a partner of Figiel Law Offices, graduated from Northwestern University in the year 2001 earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in the year 2004. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and has been admitted to the Federal General Bar of the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Nicholas is a member of the Advocates Society, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association. Nicholas played the viola in the Northwestern University Philharmonic Orchestra from 1997-2001. Nicholas has run numerous long distance races, including the Bank of America Chicago Marathon. Nicholas has volunteered for the Amicus Poloniae Legal Clinic and as a Paternity Court Facilitator through the Northwest Suburban Bar speaks Polish fluently, and Spanish with moderate fluency.

Get divorce with his help- and you will not regret.
