Vincent A. Oppedisano

It was such a pleasure working with Vincent. I recently purchased my home and the county was reassessing my property at a 60 percent increase and I must admit I was worried if I would even be able to financially afford my new mortgage. Luckily I found Vincent from his rave reviews and decided to hir...e him. He went above and beyond, helping me all along the way even answering the silliest of questions, always responding promptly. My process was a bit lengthy and Vincent was diligent about fighting/appealing the increase and taking it to the board of reviews. Even after receiving my first decrease (which I was very pleased with), Vincent informed me that he felt we can even receive a further decrease... AND he was right. I just recently received my second reduction which resulted in an overall 13 percent increase compared to their initial 60 percent ... I mean wow!! And here's the thing, Vincent will still monitor my property for any chances of further reductions and I believe that he will. I can't say enough great things about Vincent and his firm.
