We are a firm of trial lawyers, not litigators.  We have years of courtroom experience, with substantial trial and arbitration experience, as well as appellate experience at the highest levels.

Obviously, not all cases go to trial.  In fact, many of our clients have settled out of court. However, our experience shows that if the time comes to discuss settlement with our opponents, our clients get the best settlement results when our opponents know that we are ready, willing, and able to try the case.  Simply put, trial lawyers get superior settlements.

We do not charge by the hour.  Instead, we enter into fee agreements that reward success and efficiency.  Typically, our clients pay us nothing, unless we recover money for then through settlement or jury verdict.  Our goal in each case is to negotiate a fee structure that will ensure that our interests and the client's are fully aligned.  Our firm's approach to fees ensures that we remained focused on results.
