Bob Fascia was, has been, and always be a POWER HOUSE in ANY courtroom the man steps into, whether it's the Criminal Courts Building @ 26th & California, or Will County Courthouse in Joliet or the Dirksen Federal Court House in Chicago.Bob is WELL known & respected in ALL Courts, especially in Illino...is. I have known Bob since 1994 and have used him numerous times as MY mouth piece in court.The man is the white version of Johnny Cochran. I have recommended him to other family members who had run- ins with the law, they hired him, he did his thing in their cases and they were very satisfied with the representation Mr.Rascia provided them with. Bob is very courteous, flexible, compassionate and understanding. There AREN'T too many attorneys in Illinois who can compete with Bob. His secretary Janita is also very good at her job and has worked for Bob as long as I've known him. I STRONGLY recommend Mr. Rascia to ANYBODY needing legal representation.

I just want thank Mr Rascia for a job well done. I read some of his reviews and dont understand people. I had to leave him messages also with return calls to follow. Its not like a Lawyer sits at a desk all day. Mr Rascia took great care in looking out and getting a fair decision in my sons case. I h...ope to not have to use him again but if I do I know I will be calling Mr Rascia. I would also recommend him to anyone looking for a great criminal Lawyer. He went above and beyond.

Terrible lawyer, will not keep you updated or informed on what's going on with the case .. Will tell you one thing and do the complete opposite, really regret hiring him as an attorney, there were public defenders who attended their clients better, and more informed, than I ever did having him as my ...lawyer . Had a strong feeling he just kept pushing court dates up to get more money . And I'm almost certain than positive that's what he tried to do

He does not communicate!.He doesn't inform you about whats goin on with the case at all! To you or the inmate. Then when you call .hes either busy or out of the city, and when you finally do get a hold of him he is rude! Hes the most unprofessional lawyer I've ever hired.so dissapointed and unsatisfy...! So i would not recommend him or ever use his services ever again!
