I want to first start off by saying that Mr. Rascia was recommended to us by other people he represented. They all let us know that he was a great lawyer with certain flaws. And that was communication. Yes, he is not great with updating you on your case but he is worth it. Although we didn't get the ...outcome we hoped, we know and saw that he did his absolutely best. As a consumer, I understand that he did not have all the power in the court, but he did his best. I will honestly recommend. Even other lawyers we talked to told us he is the best we could get because he knows his stuff and knows how to fight in court. I was truly impressed by his representation.
