She was formerly a tax consultant with the predecessor firm to Ernst & Young. She speaks on corporate and nonprofit governance issues and on taxation issues relevant to intellectual property transactions. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. District Tax Court and in Wisconsin and Illinois.
