I am a brand new business owner and Christian helped me convert my business from a sole proprietorship to an LLC. He handled everything and was incredibly thorough and helpful in explaining what was actually happening. I have very little legal knowledge and he was approachable with questions and conc...erns I had as the process proceeded. His rate is reasonable for new businesses and feel like I couldn’t have asked for better situation. Along with forming the LLC he also created a custom tailored sales agreement for customers to sign before any work is done to protect me from any possible lawsuit on the goods I make. I plan on using him for all my future business law needs.
