I used Attorney for Real Estate transactions. The 2 transactions closed. However, one transaction, required additional recording of documents, that Attorney Holley did not complete. He provided me with one of 3 documents, required to record documents. Once, I was made aware that I didn't get the requ...ired documents, I attempted to call the attorney, no return call. Attorney Holley, never responded to calls, text or emails. during the 2 transactions. Upon completion of the second transaction, I notified the attorney Holley, I would no longer need his services on 3 other transactions. I must say, he did remain consist to the end, he didn't respond to termination of his services either.
