I have B1 B2 us visa, the time I applied for the visa my wife haven't divorced me .I travelled to Houston Texas February this year, I met one of my friend there i promised her anything my next vacation I will try to visit her in Chicago Illinois. On June am going for vacation I need to visit my frie...nd in Chicago Illinois get there in port of entry the office ask me are you married? yes but I have divorced her ask for divorce letter I told him isn't with me here.The office give me two options, 1 if I want him to band me for 5 year or to withdraw my application. I told withdraw my application. The time I will saw my passport inside was stamp cancelled with prejudice. what advice do you want me to take now.

I was granted deferred action about 8 years later, with the help of Kurczaba & Associates, when in 2012 - DACA (deferred action for childhood arrivals) was introduced. I was a DACA recipient for over 6 years, having been represented by Mr. Kurczaba, in all my renewals. Considering my background as a DACA recipient, I was able to obtain work opportunities that helped me acquire experience. This, briefly speaking, allowed for the construction of a rather complex legal case, that allowed for me to be sponsored for Permanent Residency in the United States, through work/labor certification. Mr. Kurczaba and Mrs. Brozek, built a case that allowed for me to become sponsored for permanent residency and would allow for me to legally and permanently work, at my sponsor's company. Since 2015, the labor certification process and the various stages of the immigrant petitioning process have been ongoing and have concluded in the last week. As a DACA recipient, I had to temporarily leave the US to attend a Consular Interview in a US Embassy, abroad. There, I was granted an Immigrant Visa and permitted to enter the United States, as a Legal Permanent Resident. I am beginning work at my sponsor's company next week! I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me at this company and I am beyond grateful for everything that Kurczaba & Associates helped me accomplish! It feels wonderful being a true American now - a legal permanent resident!! I couldn't have accomplished any of this, without the help of my truly exceptional legal team.
