Kurczaba & Associates, Attorneys at Law in Chicago, have for over 10 years served as my legal representatives in a variety of complex immigration cases. Mr. Christopher Kurczaba, his office staff, and particularly his Office Manager, Mrs. Ewa Brozek - were always extremely professional, beyond friend...ly and courteous, and were instrumental in the development of my immigration cases. They were always willing to patiently answer all my questions and to make last minute appointments. Mrs. Brozek always greeted me with a warm smile and patiently explained all the processes and legal details pertaining to my cases. I can wholeheartedly recommend this outstanding legal team to anyone, who has problems with their immigration status. Anyway, a bit about myself - I immigrated to the United States when I was 4 years old. I was granted deferred action about 8 years later, with the help of Kurczaba & Associates, when in 2012 - DACA (deferred action for childhood arrivals) was introduced. I was a DACA recipient for over 6 years, having been represented by Mr. Kurczaba, in all my renewals. Considering my background as a DACA recipient, I was able to obtain work opportunities that helped me acquire experience. This, briefly speaking, allowed for the construction of a rather complex legal case, that allowed for me to be sponsored for Permanent Residency in the United States, through work/labor certification. Mr. Kurczaba and Mrs. Brozek, built a case that allowed for me to become sponsored for permanent residency and would allow for me to legally and permanently work, at my sponsor's company. Since 2015, the labor certification process and the various stages of the immigrant petitioning process have been ongoing and have concluded in the last week. As a DACA recipient, I had to temporarily leave the US to attend a Consular Interview in a US Embassy, abroad. There, I was granted an Immigrant Visa and permitted to enter the United States, as a Legal Permanent Resident. I am beginning work at my sponsor's company next week! I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me at this company and I am beyond grateful for everything that Kurczaba & Associates helped me accomplish! It feels wonderful being a true American now - a legal permanent resident!! I couldn't have accomplished any of this, without the help of my truly exceptional legal team.
