Sharon A. Zogas

I have used Sharon Zogas's services a few times since 2001. She did a sale of our house and purchase of another. She serviced my MIL purchase of house. She set up the trust for my mothers house and now is helping me administer that trust. She also helped my wife with the sale of her fathers house ...to her brother at no charge. Sharon is reasonably priced and very competent when it comes to real estate law. I generally don't trust lawyers, but I do trust Sharon. I highly recommend Sharon to all of my friends and relatives.

I was a client of this attorney. I did not like about the attorney's services. Sharon A. Zogas fails to disclose the fact that she is an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. She insists phone calls and no emails; then she orders title insurance without revealing her association w...ith Title Company, without revealing her financial interest. Her price of title insurance is also much higher than regular price. She charged $1,600; and another lawyer charged $750 for exactly same title insurance.
