Very disappointed
Very poor communication skills . I had to terminate our agreement and get another attorney who won my case in 3 months. Mr. Battaglia never got back to me one time, had to make numerous calls and never received a courtesy call back. I am very disappointed in this law dirm

Poor Communication skills
Had to call every month; never returned my calls. I had to get another attorney who helped me get full recovery in less than one year.
