I had the absolute displeasure to deal with this incompetent real estate lawyer during a sell of a property transaction. We hired Joanne to handle the closing of the sale of our condo, based upon the recommendation of our agent. We are so happy that we did. Joanne was the most responsive attorney I have encountered. She kept me informed as we approached the closing in which I was buyer. At the closing, Joanne was there assertively looking out for my best interests as there were issues on the HUD. She had looked over the paperwork, explained it to me ...before I signed and Left me feeling confident about all the paperwork. I was impressed at the end, Joanne commented, this doesn't end here. She said if I had any questions about anything I signed making sure I had all the copies of the paperwork, I should call and she would handle it.
