I was charged with felony burglary. The prosecutor refused to make an offer and the lawyer that I first hired was pressuring me to plead guilty because they had me on video. I refused to plead guilty and ended up firing that lawyer. Ended up hiring maciej because a friend recommended him. He explaine...d the risks of asking for a trial, but said he had no issue with fighting the charge as long as I understood the risks. Ended up with the judge finding me not guilty. Hired him again afterwards to expunge my record for this incident and some others I had in the past.

I was facing 2 misdemeanors with the potential for a year in jail and a traffic violation. Hired him because he seemed very knowledgeable about my situation and could answe...r questions I had off the top of his head while the other lawyers I talked to couldn't, and quoted me a very reasonable flat fee. I wanted to plead guilty and end up with a criminal record in order to avoid jail time. He talked me out of it and took care of it very well... ended up getting the criminal charges dropped and paying a small fine on the traffic matter without anything going on my record. Definitely a better result than out was hoping for. Would definitely recommend.
