Atty. Gerardo Dean filed my EB3 application on April 2016. It got approved on November 2016. Unfortunately, my employer withdrew the petition. At that point, I sought help from an agency in the Philippines but was not successful. I wasted a year from the agency. On August 2018, I contacted Atty.... Dean again and was prompt to reply to my emails and calls. Luckily, he had an ongoing prevailing wage determination on my employer at that time. He refiled my I-140 on the first week of October 2018 and got approved on that same month (premium processing). He successfully recaptured my old priority date, April 2016.
