Atty. Gerardo Dean filed my EB3 application on April 2016. It got approved on November 2016. Unfortunately, my employer withdrew the petition. At that point, I sought help from an agency in the Philippines but was not successful. I wasted a year from the agency. On August 2018, I contacted Atty.... Dean again and was prompt to reply to my emails and calls. Luckily, he had an ongoing prevailing wage determination on my employer at that time. He refiled my I-140 on the first week of October 2018 and got approved on that same month (premium processing). He successfully recaptured my old priority date, April 2016. I had my interview April 2019 but was placed on administrative processing. He never gave up and followed up my case promptly. I got my visa approved August 2019, just in time for my medical to expire (September 2019). I would highly recommend ATTY. GERARDO L. DEAN as an immigration lawyer. I hired this lawyer for my immigration case and he made a couple of mistakes on our case that shouldnt have happened. I think he felt embarrassed on the things that happened and just wanted our case to be over without admitting to the mistakes. He still took our money and didn't give proper explanati...on on our question. It was a very disappointing experience and I hope you'll think before hiring him. He is cheaper than other attorney's but he will not take care of your case with care.

Nine months ago, I had a huge problem and i needed to do something with my papers in order to continue working here in the US. I had an H1B Visa then. I heard about Atty. Dean as per recommendation of my coworker, whose friends have been helped by Atty Dean as well. Without wasting any time, i imme...diately called his office and he asked me to bring all my papers that I have that may help in the processing of my visa. He looked at my documents and explained to me how are we gonna go about the process of filing. I asked how much is his fee and he said we will talk about it once we have done something about your papers already. I was surprised because for some lawyers, they would ask for acceptance fee right away. He explained to me very well the step by step process, the normal waiting time and etc. I was so desperate then that i had to ask him if filing a student visa would be better. He then said, "why??? If we file a student visa, it's something temporary and it would appear that i have never helped you at all". Having said that, i realize that he is indeed sincere in helping people get a stable status here. Fast forward, he filed my papers. Four months, later, i got an approval that my employment authorization has been approved and then five months later, I had the best time of my life and finally got my green card. I called him right away and told him about the good news. I can't thank him enough for helping me. He guided me every step of the way. I was able to call him to his office or even his personal phone every time i have a question. He was sincere and honest about everything that's going on with my papers. The lawyer's fee??? Minimal and it's worth it. Unlike any other lawyers who milk their clients like a cow without doing anything. I would definitely recommend Atty. Dean to people, friends or not, who wanted to get a stable status here in the US.
