I'm currently a client with Elder law, I unfortunately sought out help to get Gaurdianship over my adult child whom sustained TBI due to a car accident. I had this lawyer JANE HESSE whom was very unsympathetic and rude at one point she stated "she did not care for my daughter" So unprofessional, I c...halked it off as she is having a bad day, but I continued to get bad service as she lost important documents she Stressed me out amoung other conversations we have had, bad enough im going thru a painful journey with my daughter....I've asked for her Supervisor and CAROLINE MANLEY made my transition less stressful offered me options and explained in detail the necessary steps and came up with solutions...Thankyou to her efforts for making things better. My advice to others seeking help when all else fails keep knocking on someone elses door not everyone is a bad seed.
