Edward Joseph Kucaba

Normally i would only write a review about a place or product in a positive view, and rarely write a negative comment. However, this place is the last attorneys office i would ever recommend to anyone. Instead of using professionalism and law, Mr. Kucaba uses his personal opinions and views on matt...ers. Mr Kucaba was rude, unprofessional, and was paid for a job he didnt do. My case was easy, the other party claimed to be owed over $16k when my professional accountant showed i owed nothing. Statements and receipts to prove all money paid. After being paid $3000, and a few contiuences asked for by the other attorney, Mr Kucaba wanted more money than the contract we signed was for. Start to finish is very clear. I pulled my file and hired another attorney to do the job the right way. In return Mr. kucaba sent back to me by mail a hateful, untrue and very unprofessional letter(which was sent into the appropriate people along with the judgement from court with my complaint) . The final judgement was in my favor, and the awful untrue statements made in the personal letter were shown untrue in court. Total waste of $3000 for NOTHING i had to pay another lawyer to do the job anyways.
