Competent and selective attorney

Charmaine is very responsive, articulate and knowledgeable on hospitality/restaurant and bar matters. I hired her to review a business purchase contract and ultimately kept her retained for the additional closing work and some licensing matters. Rates were conscious of my business needs/limitations.... Always easily reachable via email, phone and text, I would recommend her to other bar or restaurant owners.

Vivar is your best bet

Charmaine Vivar is an attorney that exudes professionalism. Legal advice and proceedings are best left to lawyers like Vivar.
