Anthony Robert Burch

Mr. Burch represented me in a case that two previous attorneys refused to take. Upon our initial visit, he was extremely friendly, understanding and attentive. I just knew that he would tell me no too. Surprisingly, the next day, Mr. Burch called and scheduled a time for me to fill out additional pap...erwork and informed me that he would take the case. Throughout my trial, yes trial uggghh, I had several questions and he answered each and every one of them with patience ! All that to say, I beat the case and I am to this day a free man !

I was facing a misdemeanor which to me was the end of my career and very unfair and I felt lost not knowing what to do when I have never stepped a foot in a court room. My fiance' and I hired Mr. Burch to represent him for First Degree Murder charges. I met with him for a consultation. Day 1 he told me, he's 80% confident that he could beat this case, and he believes in going to trial. On the other hand, due to my fiance' being labeled as a habitual criminal, and a ...gun being involved, he could be charged on other accounts too. As the trial date was approaching, Mr. Burch negotiated with State's Attorney, and met with the Judge several times. He weighed my fiance' options in detail, and requested time from the judge to allow my fiance' to think about any decision. He cares about his clients and their family. I feel that any other lawyer might have pressured him into taking the first sentencing offered. My fiance' was sentenced 14 years for Second Degree Murder, and all other charges were dropped. He'll be away from home 6 years and 6 months. That's a blessing, considering this being his 3rd felony. I don't know what was said behind those closed doors, with both attorneys and the Judge, but he put up a good fight for my fiance'. Mr. Burch was supportive to family as well. He was very understanding if payments were late, scheduled court appearances around my work schedule, and if family were running late to attend a court appearance he would stall for more time until my fiance' would be called out. He invited us to his Christmas party and informed me of another gathering this summer. He always asked about our daughters, and how I was holding up. He's a professional and down to earth attorney.
