My fiance' and I hired Mr. Burch to represent him for First Degree Murder charges. I met with him for a consultation. Day 1 he told me, he's 80% confident that he could beat this case, and he believes in going to trial. On the other hand, due to my fiance' being labeled as a habitual criminal, and a ...gun being involved, he could be charged on other accounts too.
