Staci has got to be the best real estate lawyer in the Chicago area. We worked with her for both buying and selling our condo. She knows her stuff, works very efficiently, and is super responsive to messages. Not to mention she is sincerely nice and positive in all business dealings. There's nobody e...lse I'd rather have at my side when buying or selling real estate.

Bottom line, Staci should definitely charge more! Staci was a referral from our buyers agent and worked very hard and effectively for us on a recent condo purchase from a relocation firm (read as motivated seller). The price we got was very good but the seller wanted to close quickly and sell "as i...s". The closing was little more than a week after the offer was accepted, but Staci still made sure every i was dotted and t crossed well ahead of time. Her understanding of title, condo and Chicago real estate law seemed unusually strong and I never once felt our interests were anything but the top of her agenda. Staci pushed hard to get concessions for us and clearly enjoyed advocating for her clients against a stubborn opponent. At closing, when I saw how little she was getting paid for several hours of work, I told her she should bill at a higher rate. In fact, Staci's negotiations based on the inspection got us a credit that was more than her bill. If I had let her have fun with it, we might have ended up with one or two thousand more. With lawyers, you don't always get what you pay for, but with Staci we got more than we paid for.

I have worked with Staci through multiple real estate transactions over the last 10 years - both as a client and as a colleague for clients of mine that were buying or selling. She is one of the most responsive attorneys I have worked with, which is necessary throughout a real estate transaction, as ...well as a stress reducer for the client. She is professional and keeps all involved up to date with anything that goes on throughout the course of the transaction. She is knowledgeable about almost anything that arises with a real estate transaction, and if she does not have the answer, she has the resources to get an answer quickly and effectively. She is my "go-to" attorney for any real estate deal of my own or for clients that need an attorney.
