Mischelle Yevette Luckett

I hired Mischelle to represent me in my divorce matter. During the consultation, she was very convincing, which gave me confidence in paying the retainer. However, after the retainer was paid, my case was quickly put on the back burner, and Mischelle became increasingly difficult to reach. Emails, te...xt messages, and phone calls took longer and longer to receive a response--sometimes several weeks. She even went on vacation without sending the opposing counsel the necessary discovery documents for my case. Mischelle also displays a generally unpleasant attitude towards her clients, especially when they ask questions about their own cases. She often becomes dismissive and refuses to answer questions, despite the retainer being paid and the requirement to keep at least $1,500 in escrow at all times. Dealing with Mischelle Luckett's law firm was a complete waste of time and money. It was some of the worst legal advice and representation I have ever experienced

I am very grateful for Mrs. Luckett. During my divorce process, Mrs. Luckett was very efficient and thorough in this process. I am not the most efficient when it comes to submitting paperwork, but Mrs. Luckett worked with me. During my child support/visitation process, she has been very patient a...nd understanding with me during my time of need. I was an emotional reck. Originally I went in for visitation changes only, but Mrs. Luckett was very adamant about going for the child support I was owed as well. I did digress and took her advice and I was able to get the visitation results I needed. She was knowledgeable of what was needed to be done to get the results I wanted.
