Mark Christopher Lewis

Attorney Lewis understands that everything that he does or does not do for a client has serious implications on the client's future.  To that end, he uses the client's legal issues, circumstances, and personal concerns to develop a legal strategy that will help to achieve the best possible outcome.

Attorney Lewis has successfully brought hundreds of cases to positive resolution through the use of negotiated settlement and through winning bench and jury trials in the practice areas of criminal defense, personal injury, contract disputes, and administrative law matters.  Prior to engaging in the practice of law, Mr. Lewis ran several large business units of national hospitality providers including Hyatt, IHG, and Marriott Hotel Corporation.

During law school, Mr. Lewis clerked for several Cook County Circuit Court judges who heard matters regarding tax and miscellaneous remedies, and contract disputes.  Additionally Attorney Lewis worked for the City of Chicago in the Collection Ownership and Litiagation Department, representing the city's interests in real property matters. Attorney Lewis has successfully represented clients in criminal matters that have been highly publicized and controversial in nature.   

Attorney Lewis is a Certified Arbitrator for the Cook County Circuit Court's Mandatory Arbitration Program and Certified Personal Injury Arbitrator for the Cook County Law Division Mandatory Arbitration Program.
