We will guide clients through the process of real estate acquisition and sales by utilizing various strategies aligned with their goals. We will work closely with real estate property owners, investors and lenders to develop and execute sophisticated real estate objectives designed to meet the needs and goals of our clients.

Our probate legal services include representation and counsel in both Decedent Estate matters and Guardianship matters. Our office will assist family members with the legal process of handling an individual’s affairs after death. This process may include payment of debts, preparation of asset lists, as well as liquidation and distribution of assets. Our office will assist Clients in navigating through the probate legal process to obtain the legal authority to care for their loved ones.

Our estate planning legal services include drafting powers of attorney; drafting and amending last wills and testaments; and preparing and establishing trusts that carefully and completely set forth the Client’s wishes and desires for the management and/or distribution of his or her estate
