Strong Recommendation for Mark Grotto

I cannot say enough about the exceptional legal services provided to my family by Mark Grotto. After the death of my aunt, I hired Mark as my attorney to handle the sale of her condominium. His services were nothing short of exemplary. In addition to the usual challenges presented by a real esta...te sale, the property was the subject of a probate proceeding and the transaction was an emotionally difficult one for the family. But from the minute we retained Mark, he erased each and every concern attendant to the sale of my aunt’s property. As a direct result of his extraordinary legal skills and meticulous attention to detail, the closing – and all of the steps leading up to the closing – proceeded smoothly and successfully. And throughout the entire process, Mark was extremely sensitive to the needs and wishes of the family. He responded immediately to every question we had, and promptly addressed and resolved every issue that arose. If anybody is looking for an outstanding attorney to handle a real estate matter, one could not find a more accomplished or effective lawyer than Mark. And since Mark also practices in other areas of the law, he may be able to assist with non-real estate related matters as well. I have practiced law for more than 38 years, and have worked with many, many attorneys. I can say without hesitation that Mark is the best of the best, and enthusiastically recommend him to one and all.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"As a fellow real estate attorney in the community, I whole-heartedly endorse Mark Grotto. Besides being knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and professional, he is very attentive to detail and a true advocate for his clients' needs. Many real estate attorneys put the bare minimum into their files, but not Mark. He's incredibly efficient and organized and makes sure that any issues are addressed before closing so that the closing goes as smoothly as possible. There are many real estate attorneys out there, but few of his caliber."

"Mark is a phenomenal attorney! He is extremely detailed and thorough, which is important in Real Estate Law. Mark is extremely responsive and makes himself available to address any questions that his clients may have. I've worked with Mark on several matters, and I know that clients are always in good hands. I happily refer Mark to my divorce and family law clients who are in need of real estate legal services."
