Meyer has extensive transactional experience with technology, telecom and commercial agreements, as well as corporate, employment and intellectual property matters in the U.S. and abroad. Meyer gained her experience while working at Reliance Globalcom, an international telecommunications company; Discover and HSBC, financial services companies; and Encoda Systems, a global broadcast software company.
While charting her own entrepreneurial course, Meyer is passionate about helping other business owners and technology startups and serves in leadership roles as a mentor for several organizations including 1871, TechStars, Commons on Champa. In addition, she has spoken about tech, entrepreneurship and legal issues at several events, including Techweek and Entrepreneurs Unpluggd Startup Law Summit.
