Took my money and ran
I paid this Caroline and I decided I wasnt going to pursue my case, so I told her I no longer needed her services. She did no work on my case and refused to return my call or emails when I asked for my money back.

I got nothing for the money I paid her
I paid Ms Kaplan a retainer fee $3000 in April. As of today, August 1, I have not heard from her again. I have sent numerous emails and many, many phone calls but I only hear from the secretary. I am trying very hard to get my money back but I am not sure how to go about it.
