Attorney Rex Huner founded Huner Law Offices in 2001 armed with the vision of fashioning a unique and innovative approach to the practice of personal injury law. Intent on dispelling the traditional norms set by large impersonal firms that do no more than process cases, Rex set out to forge a customized solution that harmonizes the need for zealous advocacy with the personal consideration and sympathy needed to help accident victims cope with their injuries.
Huner Law Offices focuses on providing personal and individual attention, understanding that each client has different needs and concerns. Attorneys will meet with clients in their homes or at a convenient location to provide every means of comfort and ease throughout the legal process. In addition, the attorneys at Huner Law make a concerted effort to resolve legal disputes in a way that avoids any further trauma to injured parties.
At Huner Law, our attorneys personally handle all aspects of a client’s case from start to finish, ensuring a cohesive solution to any legal problem. Each attorney personally handles client intakes, filing motions, preparing depositions, drafting discovery requests and answers, and litigating trials before the court. In addition, by establishing a personal relationship with clients, our attorneys are able to advise our clients based on their needs and what the best course of action is for their situation.
