Nenye Uche

My first DUI was just prior to joining the military I was charged with my Second DUI in Sept, and due to the strict nature of second DUI charges I decided to hire Mr Uche. He somehow managed to have the charges reduced to Reckless Driving. Saved my license from being revoked for 5 years. Considering... Second DUI charges are Not plea bargain eligible , I was completely shocked to have it work out in the manner it did. I cannot thank him enough for the job he did! Attorney Uche saved my skin when it came to a DUI case he recently beat for me! It was my word against the State trooper’s word and after reading the police report, I was very nervous because it simply did not look good for me. I consulted with Attorney Uche, who immediately demanded that the prose...cutors turn over video evidence that captured the event. When this was done, Attorney Uche used the video evidence and cross examined the state trooper into admitting that his police report was very different from what his police vehicle had captured on tape. I was found not guilty!

My boyfriend was recently charged with a Driving while under the influence of Cannabis charge. It seemed like a slam dunk case for the prosecution because they found cannabis in the car. During the trial, he demonstrated to the judge that the police officer conducted road side tests that were not approved by his training and Uche also showed the judge that it didn’t matter if they found cannabis in the car because it hadn’t been used. As to boyfriend’s confession, Attorney Uche demonstrated that he might have said it out of nervousness. I was very pleased with the results. He beat the case for my boyfriend and saved his license.
