Biography
Prior to founding Aschenbrener Law in 2011, I was the Chair of the Privacy and Technology practice group at a prominent technology and class action law firm. Before joining the legal field, I spent nearly a decade in technology, media, and marketing.
I am a native of Minnesota, an alumnus of Macalester College, and a graduate of the University of Minnesota, where I earned a B.A. in journalism with an emphasis in advertising. I received my J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where I was an award-winning member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Seventh Circuit Review.
I live in the Chicago area with my wife, Dannie, and our two kids. I am an avid competitor, having competed in dozens of races including marathons and triathlons.
