You did not say the amount, suing an online store is not easy and even if you spent the money and time and aggravation you still have to collect!

Yes file a police report and press charges then go see a local civil litigator and sue them personally as well.

It depends on how far along the foreclosure was when you filed the Chapter 13. Seek out a local foreclosure defense lawyer.

If you do not have a lawyer go to court on your own and simply ask the Judge for a continuance and explain the situation.
