David Rozenblat

I founded Klintworth and Rozenblat IP LLC, an intellectual property boutique located in Chicago focused on provided high quality legal work at reasonable rates.  My focus is primarily on patent prosecution and opinions including preparing patent applications, responding to official actions before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and interviewing cases in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  I also counsel clients on all aspects of their intellectual property portfolio, including developing prosecution strategies as well as preparing validity and freedom to operate opinions. 

My technological areas of practice include the electrical and the mechanical arts, with extensive experience in semiconductors, consumer electronics, automotive systems, telecommunications, injection molding, medical equipment, refrigeration and heating systems, business methods, computer software, and computer hardware. 

Prior to founding Klintworth and Rozenblat IP LLC, I was with the law firms of Sonnenschein Nath and Rosenthal and Brinks Hofer Gilson and Lione.                                        

I am admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeal for the Seventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and am admitted to the bar of Illinois.  I am also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
