Anthony V. Boyle

Anthony Boyle represented me for a 3 1/2 DUI case that was totally was misrepresentation from the previous legal counsel. Took it over and proceeded to not only find case reviews and law reviews to get my case solved won be his findings on the "Double Jeopardy Statutes". The Chicago police searched my vehicle without my consent and then arrested me. The police lied in their report and said that I did give consent. I explained this to Anthony and based on what I told him, he filed a motion to keep out the evidence. A hearing was conducted where Anthony questioned t...he officer and basically showed how improbable it was that I gave consent and the motion was won. The evidence they had against me couldn't be used against me and the state's attorney had to dismiss the charges. This was a felony case and Anthony basically saved my life by keeping it off my record. I couldn't praise him more for the way Anthony helped me out.

I've dealt with a lot of lawyers in my lifetime, and for being relatively young in comparison, I would say that Anthony has been the best by far. A little while back, I got in trouble with the police and a friend of mine referred me to Anthony. I felt extremely comfortable talking to him about my case and even more comfortable when I witnessed his demeanor in court at my preliminary hearing. He was very aggressive, as if he was the one on trial and throughout every step of the case, he explained to me exactly what was happening and what his strategy going forward was going to be. I felt comfortable knowing what he was doing and why he was doing it. I felt more involved and more in control. He ended up getting the prosecution to dismiss the case and I was extremely shocked to say the least because I thought for sure this was going to be on my record for the rest of my life. I don't think I would ever use a different attorney if I ever got busted for anything again. It was amazing how swiftly this thing got taken care of. I could not say anything more about Anthony's ability as an attorney.
